Abstract

The invention relates to a trademark tape and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a pure-cotton trademark tape and a manufacturing method thereof. The pure-cotton trademark tape comprises a base cloth layer and coating layers, wherein the coating layers are coated at the upper surface and lower surface of the base cloth layer; the base cloth layer is formed by flatly weaving pure-cotton warp yarns and weft yarns, and each coating layer is a coating containing oily polyurethane. The manufacturing method sequentially comprises the following steps of (1) pretreatment of a base cloth: enabling the base cloth layer to sequentially pass through a cold pad batch working liquid and a desizing one-bath working liquid, wherein the base cloth layer is impregnated into the cold pad batch working liquid at the temperature of 25 DEG C and turning speed of 45m/min, and passes through the desizing one-bath working liquid at the temperature of 60 to 70 DEG C; (2) pre-calendering treatment: after pretreatment, calendering the base cloth layer at the normal temperature, pressure of 6MPa, and turning speed of 18-20m/min; (3) coating treatment: coating the coating layers at the upper surface and lower surface of the base cloth layer after pre-calendering treatment, wherein each coating contains the oily polyurethane; (4) slitting treatment: slitting the base cloth layer after coating treatment into different sizes of trademark tapes. The pure-cotton trademark tape has the characteristics that the cold slitting is realized, the edges are not dispersed, and the stone wash-resistant property is realized.
