Problems solved by technology

However, the existing in vitro electrical stimulation cell culture test devices usually provide electrical stimulation signals with a constant voltage of direct current, and it is impossible to add drugs to the culture environment, so that it is impossible to analyze the relationship between alternating current signals of various frequencies and amplitudes and cell growth. Speed, regenerative ability, and the role and relationship of differentiation in a specific direction; it is even more impossible to test and study the synergistic and hindering effects and relationship between AC signals and drugs on cell growth speed, regenerative ability, and differentiation in a specific direction
Holds back further development of electrical stimulation therapy

Abstract

The invention provides an experimental device for high-throughput electrical-stimulation cell differentiation induction and drug controlled release. The device comprises an electrical stimulation signal generator and a cell culture apparatus, wherein the electrical stimulation signal generator comprises a single-chip microcomputer minimum system, a digital-analog converter and a signal regulating module; the output end of the signal regulating module is connected with the running end of a single-pole double-throw switch; an upper cover plate is arranged at the top of the cell culture apparatus; one end, connected with an electric wire, of the upper cover plate is connected with a titanium alloy electrode which is suspended in the cell culture apparatus, while the other end of the upper cover plate is connected with a first static end of a switch; the bottom plate of the cell culture apparatus is a drug release plate which is simultaneously connected with the second static end of the switch and the ground end of the signal regulating module; and a drug-loading conductive high-molecular film is arranged on the drug release plate. The experimental device can be used for generating electrical stimulation signals with random frequencies and amplitudes, and can be added with drugs to carry out high-throughput electrical stimulation signal and drug screening in the process of peripheral stem cell differentiation, so that a wide and reliable experiment basis is provided to stimulation therapy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an experimental device and method for electric stimulation to induce cell differentiation and drug controlled release. Background technique [0002] In tissue engineering, the in vitro functional culture of cells and tissues has become the core of tissue engineering. On the premise of providing a living environment similar to that of cells in vivo, how to induce cells to differentiate in a set direction by controlling external stimuli or drug release , is essential for the three-dimensional culture and functionalization of cells and tissues. In recent years, electrical stimulation therapy has developed rapidly, from a single electrical stimulation of nerves to solve muscle movement problems to regulating stem cell differentiation, initiating limb and spinal cord regeneration, inducing ectopic eyeballs, and controlling tumor growth. [0003] Through the in vitro electrical stimulation cell culture test device, the effect and re...
