Abstract

An infrared detector responsivity testing device comprises an optical testing platform, a three-dimensional displacement table which is arranged on the optical testing platform and can move in an X direction, a Y direction and a Z direction, a black bracket which is fixed to one end of the optical testing platform, a light source system and a testing processing system. The light source system is mounted on the black bracket and comprises a black member, a diaphragm, an optical filter and a black member controller. The three-dimensional displacement table is provided with a tested detector. The testing processing system comprises a test computer and a test board. The test computer is in signal connection with the black member controller for controlling radiation temperature of the black member. A radiation signal which is transmitted from the black member is vertically irradiated to the tested detector through the diaphragm and the optical filter. The tested detector is in signal connection with the test board. The test board is electrically connected with the test computer. The test computer acquires various items of testing data on the test board. The infrared detector responsivity testing device has advantages of simple operation, high practicability, relatively high test precision and high suitability for popularization.
