Abstract

The method comprises the steps of: acquiring address search request information and determining to-be-searched-for target address information contained in the address search request information; splitting the target address information into at least one piece of sub-address information, wherein the target address information is composed of a plurality of different pieces of sub-address information which are corresponding to different address types; matching the at least one sub-address information or the at least one sub-address information and the target address information with different pieces of address information is an address database , wherein each piece of address information stored in the address database contains different pieces of sub-address information forming the address information; outputting the address information with the matching rate higher that a set threshold, which is obtained through matching, as the found target address information. Thus, the accuracy for extracting target address information is improved and the address matching accuracy and address search precision are effectively improved.
