Abstract

The bottom layer asphalt partition layer and the top layer asphalt partition layer are provided with a lower water outlet and an upper water outlet respectively. A plurality of vertical reinforced concrete drainage pipes are arranged between the bottom layer asphalt partition layer and the top layer asphalt partition layer, and the two ends of each reinforced concrete drainage pipe are connected with the lower water outlet and the upper water outlet respectively. The outer surfaces of the reinforced concrete drainage pipes are coated with emulsified asphalt layers. By means of the emulsified asphalt layers, water leakage of the reinforced concrete drainage pipes is avoided.
