Embodiment 1

[0015] 1) taking the tender stem of the yew plant as an explant;

[0016] 2) separating the tender stems into small pieces and inoculating them in the culture medium, wherein the culture medium is sterilized peat moss;

[0017] 3) Cultivate according to the following conditions after inoculation: the culture temperature is 25°C±2°C, the light intensity is 3000-5000Lux; the ambient humidity is 80-90%, and the tissue culture seedlings grow 3-4 leaves, 2-3 When rooting, transplant out of the bottle and transplant into a nutrient bowl for cultivation. During the cultivation stage, the light is controlled at 6000-9000Lux, the temperature is 23-28°C, and the ambient humidity is 80-90%. After 60 days of cultivation, the tissue culture seedlings are placed under natural light. After 3 to 4 days of hardening, transplant to the greenhouse;

[0018] 4) Plant the yew seedlings in the following substrate: mix peat soil and perlite in a volume ratio of 4:1 to 5:1, and pour the entire subst...

Abstract

The invention discloses a water-retention slow-release fertilizer for taxus chinensis and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) taking a tender stem of a taxus chinensis plant as an explant; 2) separating the tender stem into small pieces, and inoculating the small pieces into a culture medium, wherein the culture medium is sterilized sphagnum moss; 3) planting a small dendrobium officinale seedling in a medium which is prepared by mixing turfy soil and perlite in the volume ratio of 4:1-5:1, watering the overall medium thoroughly and deeply by using clean water with the PH value of 6.0 to 6.8, spraying the plant comprehensively with the 800-time solution of chlorothalonil wettable powder in 2 to 4 days after the medium is watered, and controlling the temperature to be between 25 and 28 DEG C in the daytime and between 18 and 20 DEG C in the nighttime, the humidity to be between 70 percent to 80 percent in the daytime and between 75 percent and 85 percent in the nighttime, and the illumination to be between 8,000 and 9,000 Lux.

Description

field of invention technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for cultivating yew in a northern greenhouse. Background technique [0002] Yew, also known as yew, is a plant in the genus Taxus. Yew is a shallow-rooted plant with inconspicuous main roots and well-developed lateral roots. It is recognized as a rare and natural anti-cancer plant on the verge of extinction in the world. It is an ancient relic tree species left over from Quaternary glaciers. history. Due to the slow growth rate and poor regeneration ability of yew under natural conditions, there has not been a large-scale yew raw material forest base in the world for a long time. In 1994, yew was designated as a first-class rare and endangered protected plant by my country, and was also called a "national treasure" by 42 countries with yew in the world. The United Nations also explicitly prohibited logging. It is a veritable "plant pand...
