Embodiment 1

[0020] A finishing process for denim fabrics, comprising the steps of:

[0021] 1) Put 1 to 2 parts by weight of sodium α-olefin sulfonate, 3.8 parts by weight of chitosan propionic acid, 0.8 parts by weight of natamycin, and 1.3 parts by weight of isothiazolinone into 20 parts by weight of deionized water in sequence, and stir evenly ;

[0022] 2) Add 0.9 parts by weight of realgar, 1.2 parts by weight of cystamine dihydrochloride, 0.7 parts by weight of dimethyl phthalate, and 0.2 parts by weight of dibutyltin dilaurate at the same time, and continue to stir until fully mixed to obtain a finishing solution;

[0023] 3) Pad the fabric in the finishing solution, take it out and dry it at a constant temperature.

Embodiment 2

[0025] The finishing process of denim fabric comprises the following steps:

[0026] 1) 1 part by weight of sodium α-olefin sulfonate, 3.8 parts by weight of chitosan propionic acid, 0.8 parts by weight of natamycin, and 1.3 parts by weight of isothiazolinone are sequentially dropped into 20 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirred evenly;

[0027] 2) Add 0.9 parts by weight of realgar, 1.2 parts by weight of cystamine dihydrochloride, 0.7 parts by weight of dimethyl phthalate, and 0.2 parts by weight of dibutyltin dilaurate at the same time, and continue to stir until fully mixed to obtain a finishing solution;

[0028] 3) Pad the fabric in the finishing solution, take it out and dry it at a constant temperature.

Embodiment 3

[0030] The finishing process of denim fabric comprises the following steps:

[0031] 1) Put 2 parts by weight of sodium α-olefin sulfonate, 3.8 parts by weight of chitosan propionic acid, 0.8 parts by weight of natamycin, and 1.3 parts by weight of isothiazolinone into 20 parts by weight of deionized water in turn, and stir evenly;

[0032] 2) Add 0.9 parts by weight of realgar, 1.2 parts by weight of cystamine dihydrochloride, 0.7 parts by weight of dimethyl phthalate, and 0.2 parts by weight of dibutyltin dilaurate at the same time, and continue to stir until fully mixed to obtain a finishing solution;

[0033] 3) Pad the fabric in the finishing solution, take it out and dry it at a constant temperature.

Abstract

The invention discloses a finishing process of a denim fabric. The finishing process comprises the following steps of (1) successively adding 1-2 parts by weight of sodium alpha-olefinsulfonate, 3.8 parts by weight of chitosan propionic acid, 0.8 part by weight of natamycin and 1.3 parts by weight of isothiazolinone into 20 parts by mass of deionized water, and uniformly stirring the raw materials; (2) then at the same time, adding 0.9 part by weight of realgar, 1.2 parts by weight of cystamine dihydrochloride, 0.7 part by weight of benzenedicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester and 0.2 part by weight of dibutyltin dilaurate, and continuously stirring until sufficient and uniform mixing is achieved, to obtain a finishing liquid; and (3) carrying out dipping treatment of the fabric in the finishing liquid, and drying at constant temperature after taking out the fabric. According to the finishing process of the denim fabric, the finished fabric has the advantages of excellent antibacterial, mildew-proof, flame-retardant, anti-moth and anti-static performance, strong washing resistance, and soft hand feeling.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a finishing process for denim fabrics. Background technique [0002] The antibacterial, mildew-proof, flame-retardant, moth-proof, antistatic, and washable properties of existing fabrics need to be improved, and the hand feeling is not soft enough. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a finishing process for denim fabrics. The finished fabrics have excellent antibacterial, mildew-proof, flame-retardant, moth-proof and antistatic properties, and are strong in washability and soft to the touch. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to design a kind of finishing process of denim fabric, comprising the steps: [0005] 1) Put 1 to 2 parts by weight of sodium α-olefin sulfonate, 3.8 parts by weight of chitosan propionic acid, 0.8 parts by weight of natamycin, and 1.3 parts by weight of isothiazolinone into 20 parts by weight...
