Three positioning bosses A1, A2, and A3 are arranged at one side of a blade body of a cartridge receiver support plate, wherein the three positioning bosses A1, A2, and A3 are distributed in a three-point positioning mode; a positioning boss is arranged at a positioning point B1 located at the upper side of the mounting edge of one side of the blade body, a positioning boss is arranged at a positioning point B2 located at the lower side of the mounting edge of one side of the blade body, and a positioning boss is arranged at a positioning point C1 located at the back of a flange of the cartridge receiver support plate. Blade positioning is realized by using the three positioning bosses A1, A2, and A3 as the main primary references; the axial height dimension is localized by using the positioning bosses B1 and B2 as auxiliary positioning points; and the circumferential dimension is localized by using the positioning boss C1 as the auxiliary reference positioning point.
