The injection unit is provided with a low-speed injection opening corresponding to the first accelerating unit and a high-speed injection opening corresponding to the second accelerating unit. The control unit is used for sending a control command to the first accelerating unit and making the first accelerating unit increase the speed of mixed materials in the mixing unit, and the mixed materials are injected on a PCB substrate through the low-speed injection opening, or sending the control command to the second accelerating unit and making the second accelerating unit increase the speed of the mixed materials in the mixing unit, and the mixed materials are injected on the PCB substrate through the high-speed injection opening. The precision of PCB printing can be accurately controlled; in addition, the low-speed injection opening and the high-speed injection opening are adopted for the injection unit, and thus the PCB printing can be conducted flexibly by effectively using different properties of the two injection openings.
