Abstract

A corrosion inhibitor is added into pickling tanks of the acid pickling section. The corrosion inhibitor contains, by mass, 3% of a nonionic surface active agent, 2-4% of polyamine, 2-6% of m-xylylenediamine, 0.5-0.8% of propargyl alcohol, 0.5-0.8% of glycerine and the balance water. By means of the strip steel acid pickling method, the corrosion inhibitor of a specific formula is added into the pickling tanks, so that film forming by adsorption of the corrosion inhibitor is achieved on the surface of base iron of the strip steel, iron rust generated by the base iron and water is retarded or avoided, and the rusty spots generated after acid pickling of the strip steel are remarkably reduced; the circumferential surface of each squeezing roller adopted for the rinsing line is arc, so that residual moisture on the surface of the strip steel is advantageously squeezed and removed completely, and generation probability of the rusty spots is lowered.
