Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic production method for injection molding and packing of tableware. An injection molding machine, a taking-out mechanical arm on the injection molding machine and a displacement mechanical arm are included. A stacking boxing device is further arranged and comprises a stacking machine, a box opening machine and a chain plate machine. The automatic production method includes the following steps that firstly, the taking-out mechanical arm is used for taking out tableware injection molding parts formed in the injection molding machine in an injection manner and putting the tableware injection molding parts in a special jig of the stacking machine; secondly, the displacement mechanical arm is used for clamping the stacked tableware injection molding parts stacked in the special jig and putting the tableware injection molding parts on the chain plate machine, and afterwards, the tableware injection molding parts are conveyed into a rear pushing-in device; thirdly, the rear pushing-in device of the chain plate machine is used for pushing the stacked tableware injection molding parts into the box opening machine to be packed into finished products; and fourthly, the finished products in the third step enter a rear-end arrangement device and are automatically boxed through a stacking device. The invention further discloses a production system. Fast production from raw materials to packing of the finished products and manufacturing for timely packing are achieved.
