Problems solved by technology

[0006] 2) Due to the trembling caused by the breathing of the organism, the change of the contrast caused by the cells entering or leaving the confocal plane, the quality of the acquired image is reduced, and the difficulty of cell tracking is increased.
[0007] 3) The number of cells changes with time, and there will be phenomena such as approaching or crossing during movement
Correct tracking of variable density multi-cells is still a difficult problem in cell tracking. The current technology is rarely able to deal with these situations. The tracking accuracy and stability are insufficient. For the difference in the dynamic characteristics of variable-density multi-cell unstudied etc.

Abstract

The present invention provides a variable density cell tracking method based on a multi-mode ant colony system. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a plurality of frames of continuous original grey-scale maps of a variable density cell, selecting one frame of the original grey-scale map as a current frame, calculating an average likelihood score of pixels in the current frame of the original grey-scale map, and placing ants in regions where the cells might appear according to a calculation result, thus to obtain generator ant colony initial distribution. The method provided by the present invention has the beneficial effects that automatic tracking of cell density changing situations (especially a cell concentrating situation) caused by movements, collision and fission can be realized, all cyto-dynamics characteristic parameters such as a track and speed are given, and automatic tracking of variable density cells caused by entering or leaving a view can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cell movement characteristics acquisition, in particular to a variable-density cell tracking method based on a multi-mode ant colony system. Background technique [0002] Biomedical images play an increasingly important role in medical diagnosis and disease treatment, and cell image research is an important branch of medical images. Extracting target feature information and target trajectory from cell image sequences is an important basic task in medical analysis. Judging and studying cell image sequences in medicine, and comparing the morphological changes and movement trajectories of the same cell under different physiological, pathological or experimental conditions, can provide important scientific basis for pathological analysis and disease diagnosis. [0003] In the past few decades, the rapid development of biological imaging technology has provided a solid technical guarantee for human health. Fo...
