Abstract

The invention discloses a tool for monitoring operation and maintenance of a service system and a configuration method. The tool comprises a system monitoring module, a service flow monitoring module and a monitoring result display module, wherein the system monitoring module is used for monitoring the operation state of an SAP (Service Access Point) system and monitoring an interface connection condition between the SAP system and a peripheral system in real time; the service flow monitoring module is used for monitoring a service flow of the SAP system in the operation process in real time; and the monitoring result display module is used for displaying monitoring results of the system monitoring module and the service flow monitoring module. According to the invention, the tool for monitoring operation and maintenance of the service system is capable of monitoring the operation state of the SAP system and the interface connection condition between the SAP system and the peripheral system in real time and also monitoring the service flow of the SAP system in the operation process in real time; and thus, comprehensive effective monitoring of the service system can be realized.
