The method comprises the following steps: setting up a load scheduling layer on a Linux server, generating a virtual node, and providing a unified external entrance; using the load scheduling layer to obtain current total number of SQL nodes in connection of an SQL layer according to a weighted least connection scheduling algorithm, to perform weighing calculation and to send the latest connection to an SQL node with the minimum weight in the SQL layer; and checking the states of double computers of the load scheduling layer through keepalived, and when a host in the double computers has failure, enabling a slave computer to provide scheduling service. The method disclosed by the invention is used for realizing high availability of a database in various aspects and load balance in an inquiry process, and meanwhile, double management nodes are configured so as to prevent a single-node failure problem.
