Embodiment 1

[0195] Embodiment 1: the processing method of the drug effect of two medicines in combination

[0196] 1) Drug NX and drug TX are combined in a fixed ratio;

[0197] 2) A fixed dose of drug TX is used in combination with different doses of drug NX.

[0198] Title: Nitroxol (NX) is an anti-infective drug, which has been found to have targeted anti-cancer activity in recent years, and has been approved by SFDA to enter clinical trials; Paclitaxel (TX) is a commonly used anti-cancer drug in clinical practice. Combined application of NX / TX, MTT assay inhibits the growth of human liver cancer cells HepG2. Describe the method of quantitatively dealing with the relevant indicators of synergy / addition / antagonism, and provide a reference for the development of new anti-cancer compounds.

Embodiment 2

[0310] Embodiment 2: The method for detecting the efficacy of three medicines in combination

[0311] Topic: There are many application schemes of chemotherapeutic drugs in the treatment of lung cancer. The chemotherapeutic drugs in these schemes mainly include the following: From the types of chemotherapeutic drugs, they belong to topoisomerase inhibitors, microtubule inhibitors, metabolic inhibitors, and alkylating agents And so on four categories. Select a representative drug from these four types of drugs in turn, which are etoposide (A), vincristine (B), 5-fluorouracil (C), and doxorubicin (D), and any three combined regimens, MTT method was used to detect the inhibitory effect on the growth of human lung cancer cell line H460. The three schemes are A+B+C, A+B+D, A+C+D, B+C+D and other four combined drug combinations in sequence, and their synergistic, additive and antagonistic effects are quantitatively evaluated.

Abstract

The invention provides a processing method and a processing device for efficacy of combined medicine. The processing method comprises: obtaining a dose-effect curved band of expected additive effect of combined medicine; obtaining an actual dose-effect relationship curve formed by variation of actual effect value of the combined medicine with variation of dosage of a certain target component medicine in the combined medicine; comparing position relationships of the actual dose-effect relationship curve and the dose-effect curved band, and when the actual dose-effect relationship curve is above the dose-effect curved band, efficacy output of the combined medicine being synergy; when the actual dose-effect relationship curve is below the dose-effect curved band, efficacy output of the combined medicine being antagonism; and when the actual dose-effect relationship curve is in the dose-effect curved band range, the efficacy output of the combined medicine being addition. The processing method solves a problem in the prior art that efficacy cannot be accurately detected when multiple medicines are used in a combined manner. The method can be widely applied in research and development of compound medicines, toxicologic study, efficacy and safety evaluation of the combined medicine, and environmental evaluation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to a treatment method and a treatment device for the efficacy of combined medicines. Background technique [0002] At present, the basic path of new drug research and development is to screen candidate compounds and optimize lead substances for a certain disease-related target, and then conduct drugability research, preclinical evaluation and clinical trials before they can be approved for marketing. This kind of research model based on "single target, single disease, single drug", especially the development of single-structural compound drugs targeting a single target, is becoming more and more difficult in terms of therapeutic use. The etiology of many refractory major diseases is usually multi-target and multi-link, and it needs to target multiple links to be effective. However, it is almost a difficult task to develop a new compound drug with a single structure that targets multiple l...
