According to the disinfectant and the preparing method, five kinds of bacteria which have bacterial strains such as cryptococcus humicolus, lactobacillus acidophilus, coralline Nocardia amarae, actinomycetes agrobacterium tumefaeiens and trichoderma koningii and have ingredients capable of powerfully removing toxic pollutants in soil are screened out; test surveying indicates that after the microorganism disinfectant is applied, 85% to 90% of remaining hazardous substances such as pesticides can disappear in 30 days to 50 days, and the remaining hazardous substances can be completely removed after the microorganism disinfectant is continuously applied several times.
