By the method, a barren liquid type sealing storage battery, a rich liquid type lead-acid storage battery and a maintenance-free sealing storage battery can be maintained, balanced and restored, the voltage of each liquid storage tank is kept about 2V, and the service life of the restored lead-acid storage battery is longer; and moreover, the maintenance rate is high, cost is low, operation is easy, energy and emission are favorably saved and reduced for a country, waste is reclaimed, and green energy saving and environmental friendliness are achieved, and an environment cannot be polluted.
