Problems solved by technology

Sea bass cultured in my country has a long history. It is widely loved by people because of its white and delicate meat and delicate taste, but its growth rate in seawater is slow; sea bass grows fast in freshwater culture, but its meat has more fat and less protein. The content is low, the taste is poor, and the color is obviously different from that of mariculture

Embodiment 1

[0035] Step 1, keeping the salinity of the cultured water body at 25‰, and cultivating kelp in seawater cages in the cultured water body, the culture density is 60-100 trees / mu;

[0036] Step 2: Use a five-point sieve to screen perch fingerlings with a length of 1 cm to 1.5 cm, immerse and sterilize the perch fingerlings with 3% salt water, and put them into the seawater net at a stocking density of 2,500 fish / mu inside the box;

[0037] Step 3. From the second day to the sixth day of putting in, the artemia larvae were fed to the perch species, 3 times a day, respectively at 7:00 am, 12:00 noon, and 5:00 pm. 10-20 kilograms of fish are fed with 4g-6g; on the seventh day of feeding, the perch fish species are fed with artemia larvae combined with fry feed, and the feeding amount is 8-10g per 10-20 kilograms of fish, The fry feed is an expanded floating water granule with a particle diameter of 0.5mm;

Embodiment 2

[0044] Step 1, keeping the salinity of the cultured water body at 19‰, cultivating Porphyra variegata in the seawater net cage, the culturing density is 30-50 per mu;

[0045] Step 2. Use a five-point sieve to screen perch fingerlings with a length of 1 cm to 1.5 cm. After immersing and disinfecting the perch fingerlings with 3% salt water, put them into the seawater at a stocking density of 3000 fish / mu Inside the cage;

[0046] Step 3. From the second day to the sixth day of feeding, the artemia larvae were fed to the perch species, 4 times a day, respectively at 7:00 am, 12:00 noon, 5:00 pm, and 9:00 pm. The feeding amount is 4g-6g per 10-20 kg of fish; on the seventh day of feeding, the perch species are fed with artemia larvae combined with fry feed, and the feeding amount is 10-20 kg of fish. 8 to 10 g, the fry feed is puffed floating water particles with a particle size of 0.5 mm;

[0053] Step 1, keeping the salinity of the cultured water body at 7‰, culturing asparagus in the seawater net cage, and its culture density is 15 to 30 trees / mu;

[0054] Step 2: Use a five-point sieve to screen perch fingerlings with a length of 1 cm to 1.5 cm, sterilize the perch fingerlings with 3% salt water in a bath, and put them into the seawater net at a stocking density of 3,500 fish / mu inside the box;

[0055] Step 3. From the second day to the sixth day of delivery, the artemia larvae are fed to the perch species, 5 times a day, respectively at 6:00 and 10:00 in the morning, at 2:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon, and at 10:00 in the evening. point, the feeding amount is 6g-8g per 10-20kg fish;

[0056] On the seventh day of throwing in, the perch fish species were fed with artemia larvae combined with fry feed, and the feeding amount was 8 to 10 g per 10 to 20 kilograms of fish, and the fry feed was 0.5 mm in particle size. Expanded floating particles;

Abstract

The invention provides a culture method of perches adopting a sea net cage. The culture method comprises following steps of: step 1), keeping the salinity of culture water in a range between 3 per thousand and 30 per thousand and culturing kelp, asparagus or porphyra yezoensis in the sea net cage in culture water; step 2), employing a 5-inch sieve to screen fish stocks of perches, immersing perch fingerlings for a bath by adoption of a 3% saline solution for disinfection and putting perch fingerlings to the sea net cage with the certain stocking density; step 3), feeding perch fingerlings with artemia larvae in a time range from the second day to the sixth day of feeding and then feeding perch fingerlings with artemia larvae combining fry feeds on the seventh day of feeding; step 4), feeding with juvenile fish feedstuff when perch fingerlings grow at 8 to 12 cm; step5), catching perch fingerlings when perch fingerlings grow at 25 to 45 cm. The culture method of perches adopting the sea net cage has following beneficial effects: based on growth characteristics of perches, a culture method adopting the sea net cage suitable for growth of perches is provided and capable of significantly shortening culture period of perches; and cultured perches have advantages of high protein content and tender meat.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating perch. More specifically, the present invention relates to the seawater cage culture method of perch. Background technique [0002] Perch has a long body, slightly spindle-shaped, sharp snout, large mouth, silver-white body color, and stone-gray back. It is widely distributed in the coastal areas of my country. It is a valuable wide-temperature and wide-salt fish, which is suitable for various forms of farming in various water bodies. Sea bass cultured in my country has a long history. It is widely loved by people because of its white and delicate meat and delicate taste, but its growth rate in seawater is slow; sea bass grows fast in freshwater culture, but its meat has more fat and less protein. The content is low, the taste is poor, and the color is obviously different from that of mariculture. [0003] In view of the above, it is urgent to provide a sea bass seawater cage culture method that can sh...
