The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a required sample; 2, measuring the sample; 2.1, conducting the measurement on an electronic stripping tester, before the measurement, resetting current force values, displacement and peak values of the electronic stripping tester, and meanwhile setting parameters related to the test; 2.2, fixing a thin rubber strip sample which is prepared in the step 1 on the electronic stripping tester through a clamp, and operating the electronic stripping tester; 2.3, after the sample is snapped, stop operating, and recording yield strength, strain rate, strength of extension and the maximum force value in the operating process; 2.4; preparing a flocculant glue sample into a cylindrical sample or a cuboid sample which is larger than 6 millimeters, and measuring the hardness value through a Shore hardness tester.
