Abstract

The invention discloses a laser displacement sensor based on a photosensitive array. The laser displacement sensor comprises (1) a photosensitive array circuit which realizes measurement of laser light spots and conversion of the center of the laser light spots and displacement change; (2) a charging voltage-stabilizing circuit which realizes power supply of a lithium battery and is capable of cycle charging; (3) and a communication circuit which realizes communication with an aggregation node. 0805 or other packaging photosensitive elements are adopted so that distance between detection points is effectively reduced, resolution is enhanced and detection displacement is enabled to be more precise. A time sharing multiplexing ADC design is adopted so that cost of the sensor is effectively reduced and extendibility of the sensor is enhanced. Environment light intensity is measured firstly and then the laser light spots are measured by the sensor so that anti-interference capability and sensitivity of the sensor are enhanced. The sampled data and results are transmitted via a 433MHz waveband wireless local area data network so that networking and cluster work of the sensor can be facilitated. The high-capacity polymer lithium battery with a protective plate is adopted so that endurance capacity and safety and reliability of the sensor can be enhanced.
