Abstract

A method of solving blooming problem during production of rubber aims to solve the blooming problem caused by accelerants and anti-aging agents. According to the method, ethylene-propylene rubber is employed as a basic raw rubber material and is matched with following components, in certain amounts, carbon black, calcium carbonate, an anti-aging agent polyethylene glycol, an anti-aging agent 4,4'-bis([alpha],[alpha]-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine, a dispersing agent, a vulcanizing agent, an accelerant zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate and zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate, and a flame retardant. A rubber sealing material is prepared through internal mixing and open milling. Because the two anti-aging agents and the two accelerants are matched and each agents are in the range of the solubility of the ethylene-propylene rubber, the agents are free of a large use amount for achieving an expected effect of the anti-aging agents and the accelerants without excessive solubility of the ethylene-propylene rubber, thereby fundamentally solves the blooming problem caused by the anti-aging agents and the accelerants.
