Abstract

The invention relates to a cracking-resistant thermal-insulation mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 170-190 parts of microporous light-weight mullite powder, 20-30 parts of clay, 0.7-1 part of polyoxyethylene laurate, 10-15 parts of talcum powder, 10-15 parts of kaolin, 30-40 parts of glass fiber, 10-20 parts of scallop shell, 10-20 parts of clam shell, a right amount of water, 20-25 parts of assistant, 20-30 parts of boric sludge, 160-180 parts of cement, 50-70 parts of magnesium oxide and 20-25 parts of silicon micropowder. By using the microporous light-weight mullite powder, scallop shell and clam shell, the mortar has excellent thermal-insulation property. The glass fiber is utilized to enhance the crack resistance. The assistant is utilized to enhance the compression resistance and folding strength of the mortar and improve the workability, anti-sagging property, thixotropy and antisettling property.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and in particular relates to a crack-resistant thermal insulation mortar and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Mortar is a common material for construction and is an essential material in construction. According to performance, mortar can be divided into many types, such as combined mortar, caulking mortar, thermal insulation mortar, etc.; [0003] At present, the performance and quality of mortar are different, which affects the use. Specifically, the factors that affect the performance of mortar include the workability, fluidity, water retention of freshly mixed mortar, and the strength of hardened mortar. New mortars need to be researched to have excellent construction and processability, sag resistance, thixotropy, anti-settling properties, storage stability, improved pumpability and shear thinning, and new materials need to be found , in order to improve its per...
