Abstract

The invention provides a method for monitoring and dispatching cloud public platform computer resources. The method comprises a virtual machine searching and loading process and a virtual machine monitoring process. A virtual machine is stored according to the character of a user. A resource management table is set up. If the service running request of the user is monitored, a server and a relational database are searched for a corresponding virtual machine storage position. Monitoring software runs on the server, and the service is provided according to the searched-for virtual machine. The virtual machine monitoring process comprises virtual machine monitoring, service monitoring and server monitoring. The method has the advantages that the virtual machine can be fast inquired and loaded, the virtual machine is effectively monitored, system energy consumption and cost are lowered, service continuity is guaranteed, and meanwhile dry running of the server is reduced to the maximum extent.
