The invention discloses a heat-resisting nylon conveyor belt rubber composite material. The heat-resisting nylon conveyor belt rubber composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of chlorinated butyl rubber, 15-18 parts of polyisobutene, 6-8 parts of antimonous oxide, 2-3 parts of metallic oxide, 0.3-0.5 part of lead stearate, 4-5 parts of insoluble sulfur IS-6005, 0.4-0.6 part of benzothiazole disulfide, 3-4 parts of anti-aging agent MB, 6-9 parts of carbon black N330, 1-2 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 1-2 parts of dicumyl peroxide, 1.5-2 parts of N-cyclohexylthiophthalimide and 3-5 parts of cross-linking agent. The heat-resisting nylon conveyor belt rubber composite material has thermal aging resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance, has the fire resistance that a common heat-resisting belt does not have, and meanwhile, has excellent physical mechanical strength and relatively low static conductivity.
