A vacuum cleaner nozzle with a brushroll and a vacuum appliance comprising the vacuum cleaner nozzle. The vacuum cleaner nozzle (10) is characterized by: a body (11) having a wind passage portion and a hollow portion; a brushroll component (12), comprising a roller portion, a conveyance belt (32), and a plurality of bristle units; a hair scraping member (76), located inside the hollow portion; and a driving member (13), where the roller portion at least has a front roller (30a) and a rear roller (30b), the front roller (30a) is provided above a dust suction opening, the rear roller (30b) is provided near the wind passage portion, the hair scraping member (76) has at least one scraper (72), and an end of the scraper (72) is provided near the rear roller (30b) and extends between two adjacent bristle units in an axial direction of the roller portion. When the brushroll component (12) rotates at a high speed, the hair scraping member can scrape hair off bristles (33), so that hair that drops in a dust suction air flow passes through the wind passage portion is sucked into a dust collection apparatus instead of being wound around the brushroll component or tangled between adjacent bristles (33).
