The pressure device comprises a second moving mechanism, a hydraulic control center and a first moving mechanism which are connected in turn; each of the first and second moving mechanisms comprises an anchoring component, a hydraulic cylinder and a propelling piston, the propelling piston is used for fixing a center pipe; the propelling piston is slid in the hydraulic cylinder, one end of the anchoring component is slidably and airtightly placed in the hydraulic cylinder and the exposed part thereof is telescopic along the radial direction; an anchoring end annular cavity is formed between the anchoring component and the propelling piston, and a propelling end annular cavity is formed between the propelling piston and a propelling end cover; the anchoring end annular cavity and the propelling end annular cavity of the second moving mechanism are respectively connected with the anchoring end annular cavity and the propelling end annular cavity of the first moving mechanism; the extending and retracting of the anchoring components of the first and second moving mechanisms are respectively and successively controlled by the oil-feeding and pressure relief of the anchoring end annular cavity; and the hydraulic control center drives the propelling piston to be moved to one side of the propelling end cover, so that the pipe column is continuously propelled downwards.
