Abstract

Valve body of the device is vertically inserted and fixed in a petroleum transmission pipeline; the lower end of the valve body is connected with a lower pressing cap; the middle cylindrical wall is provided with a radial gas vent; the upper end is connected with an upper pressing cap which is provided with an adjusting wheel; the lateral wall of the valve body below the upper pressing cap is provided with a pressure gauge; the valve seat is installed inside the valve body; the lower end of the valve seat is connected with the lower pressing cap; the upper end contacts with the upper pressing cap; the upper portion of the valve seat is hermetically provided with a pressure regulating piston which is connected with the adjusting wheel and a lateral pressure conduction hole corresponding to the pressure gauge; the inner stepped position is hermetically provided with a pressure conduction piston; the lower end of the pressure conduction piston is sequentially connected with a spring seat for containing a spring, and a valve support; the lower end of the valve support is provided with a valve ball.
