The hemostatic powder is composed of the following traditional Chinese herbals in parts by weight: 1 to 20 parts of date tree bark, 1 to 6 parts of dragon's blood, 1 to 20 parts of fried Chinese angelica, 1 to 5 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1 to 13 parts of charred human hair, 1 to 15 parts of herba cephalanoploris, 1 to 3 parts of sappan wood, and 1 to 12 parts of safflower. The hemostatic powder is an external traditional Chinese medicine, which is developed on the basis of functions of herbals and characteristics of wound external hemorrhage.
