Problems solved by technology

In engineering construction, the traditional water-stop method is to pre-embed copper sheets or PVC water-stop components in concrete to achieve the purpose of water-stop. However, since the shield segment is a finished product produced by a fixed mold, it is impossible to pre-embed Therefore, the traditional concrete water-stop method is not suitable for the water-stop construction of the contact part between the shield segment and the cast-in-situ concrete lining

Embodiment Construction

[0013] Such as Figure 1-3 As shown, the water-stopping method of the shield segment of the present invention and the contact position of cast-in-situ concrete is carried out according to the following steps:

[0014] Step 1: After the tunnel 1 shield excavation is completed, after the lining of the shield segment 2 is stabilized, a rubber water stop ring 4 is placed in the annular water stop groove 3 on the end face of the shield segment 1, and then the concave steel Sheet 5 and expansion bolt 6 fix and press the rubber water stop ring 4 in the annular water stop groove 3 on the end surface of the shield segment 2 to ensure that the rubber water stop ring 4 is fully compacted;

[0015] The second step is to pour the cast-in-place concrete lining 7 of the tunnel 1. During the pouring process, a joint 8 with a width of 10mm is reserved between the cast-in-place concrete lining 7 and the end face of the shield segment 2 along the radial direction of the tunnel 1;

Abstract

The invention discloses a water stop method for a contact part of a shield segment and cast-in-place concrete. The method comprises the following steps: 1, placing a rubber water stop ring in an annular water stop groove in an end face of the shield segment after a tunnel shield is advanced and a shield segment lining is stable, then fixing the rubber water stop ring by using a concave steel sheet and an expansion bolt and tightly pressing in the annular water stop groove to guarantee that the rubber water stop ring is fully compacted; 2, casting the cast-in-place concrete lining of the tunnel, and reserving a joint between the cast-in-place concrete lining and the end face of the shield segment along the radial direction of the tunnel; 3, filling the joint with a polyethylene plate, a polysulfide sealant and cement mortar from one end of the rubber water stop ring to the central axis of the tunnel in sequence. The method has the advantages that the water stop problem between the shield segment and the cast-in-place concrete lining is successfully solved, meanwhile the construction is convenient, and the water stop effect is better.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water-stopping method, in particular to a water-stopping method for the contact portion between a shield segment and cast-in-situ concrete. Background technique [0002] For tunnels constructed by shield tunnel boring machines (TBM), due to construction requirements and tunnel structure needs, it is usually necessary to construct cast-in-situ concrete lining at the entrance and exit of the tunnel or the connection between the drill and blast section and the construction section of the shield machine. The cast-in-place concrete lining is often constructed after the shield segment is installed, so the water stop between the shield segment and the cast-in-place concrete lining becomes a difficult problem. In engineering construction, the traditional water-stop method is to pre-embed copper sheets or PVC water-stop components in concrete to achieve the purpose of water-stop. However, since the shield segment is a finished product...
