Abstract

The biodiesel pour point depressant is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-70% of higher polymaleate-styrene-acrylamide, 10-15% of a surfactant and 15-40% of dimeric acid amide. A preparation method of the biodiesel pour point depressant comprises the following steps: firstly, adding higher polymaleate-styrene-acrylamide; then, adding the surfactant span and tween in sequence; and finally, adding dimeric acid amide to formulated amount, and sufficiently stirring and mixing to obtain a compound product, namely the biodiesel pour point depressant. The biodiesel pour point depressant disclosed by the invention can be used for promoting the solubility of the pour point depressant in oils and improving the low-temperature flowing property of the biodiesel.
