Problems solved by technology

[0004] 1. The compatibility between organic matter and inorganic matter is poor. Due to the poor affinity between inorganic particles and organic matter, the coating rate of the prepared composite microsphere inorganic matter is low
[0005] 2. The price of high-quality composite microspheres is very expensive. Compared with polymer-polymer composite microspheres, the preparation cost of organic-inorganic composite microspheres is relatively high, and the cost of current preparation methods is relatively high.
[0006] 3. Special preparation methods and technological means must be used during the experiment, which is costly and difficult to operate
[0007] 4. So far, there is no certain theory to guide the control of morphology and the selection of formulations. For different inorganic substances, the preparation conditions and formulations must be systematically studied. The specific experiments are more complicated and difficult to operate.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of strawberry-type polystyrene-silicon dioxide nanocomposite microspheres. The preparation method comprises the following steps: in a nitrogen atmosphere, mixing methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octaphenyl polyoxyethyiene and deionized water to obtain a water-phase mixture; dissolving azodiisobutyronitrile into styrene and n-hexadecane through ultrasonic wave to obtain an oil-phase mixture; dropping the oil-phase mixture into the water-phase mixture by using a constant-pressure dropping funnel to obtain mixed liquid; performing ultrasonic treatment on the mixed liquid under an ice-water mixed bath condition to obtain miniemulsion; dropwise adding silicon dioxide nanosol into the miniemulsion, and heating to obtain milky dispersion liquid; collecting and cooling the dispersion liquid, and centrifugating and dispersing until no free SiO2 particles exist under a transmission electron microscope, so as to obtain the strawberry-type polystyrene-silicon dioxide nanocomposite microspheres finally. The preparation method is simple and relatively low in cost and the SiO2 cladding rate is relatively high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a nanocomposite material, in particular to a preparation method of a strawberry-type polystyrene-silicon dioxide nanocomposite microsphere. Background technique [0002] Organic-inorganic Nanocomposite Microsphere refers to the particles formed by two or more ultrafine particles after surface coating or composite treatment. It has the advantages of both organic materials and inorganic materials, and because of the special surface effect, volume effect, quantum size effect and composite synergistic effect of nano-scale ultrafine particles, it has more special functions. High-strength composite coatings, new composite magnetic materials, high wear-resistant, functional coatings, new luminescent materials, new conductive polymers and other functional materials have very broad application prospects. More and more countries and regions have begun to Study its preparation technology and application characteri...
