Abstract

The two-core cable comprises a tying layer (1) and a cable core (2), wherein the tying layer (1) is arranged to cover the cable core (2); the cable core (2) is formed by stranding two wire cores (21). Each wire core (21) comprises a circular conductor (211) and an arched insulating sheath composite layer (212) which is extruded to cover the circular conductor (211). The two-core cable has the advantages that the wire cores are of an arched structure and compact in structure, the gap between the wire cores is small, flame retardant or fireproof materials such as a glass fiber rope, a glass fiber tape, a mica tape and an asbest rope are not needed so that the production cost can be reduced, and the flame retardant and fireproof properties are reliable. Besides, the conductors are of a circular compressed structure, and therefore, the process difficult is low and the insulating layers are not damaged.
