A portable water purifier having a contamination discharging function and a manufacturing method. The portable water purifier is provided with an ultrafiltration membrane filtering apparatus. A multifunctional composite filter liner is arranged in a container. A laser hole filtering sheet and a KDF55 filtering material layer are disposed in the filter liner. A PP cellucotton filtering cylinder is arranged on an upper part of the filter liner. A circular clamp tube is disposed at a left side of the filtering cylinder and a spring clamp tube is disposed at a right side of the filtering cylinder. A spiral clamp buckle is arranged on a sealing cover. An activated carbon filtering cylinder is arranged on the upper part of the PP cellucotton filtering cylinder. A circular clamp tube is disposed at a left side of the filtering cylinder and a spring clamp tube is disposed at a right side of the filtering cylinder. The spiral clamp buckle is disposed on the sealing cover. An ultrafiltration membrane shell is disposed on the upper parts of the activated carbon filtering cylinder. A valve seat is arranged at the right side of the membrane shell. A bolt is disposed on the valve seat. A nut rotatably connected to the valve seat is disposed on a right end of the ultrafiltration membrane shell. A water inlet is disposed at the left side of the lower part of the container and a water outlet is disposed on the upper part of the container. The water inlet of a multi-medium filtering apparatus is communicated with the water inlet of the ultrafiltration membrane filtering apparatus. The portable water purifier is economic and practical.
