Problems solved by technology

The current slime water treatment system can effectively realize the closed-circuit circulation of the slime water only by using flocculants for treatment. Since the slime water process is affected by many factors, the slime water treatment system of the coal preparation plant has become the most complex and cost-intensive process in the whole plant. Most expensive, most expensive to produce, and most difficult to manage
[0003] At present, the flocculants commonly used in coal slime water treatment include inorganic polymer flocculants, natural polymer flocculants, and synthetic polymer flocculants, but these flocculants all have certain deficiencies, that is, inorganic flocculants have poor treatment efficiency, It is expensive, has certain hazards, and has problems such as eliminating one kind of pollutant and bringing another kind of pollutant at the same time; polymer flocculants such as polyacrylamide residual monomers in water are not easy to be degraded, and have strong neurotoxicity. Toxicity, but also has a strong "three-induced" effect

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of microbiological science and in particular relates to a biological flocculation treatment method for coal preparation waste water. The method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing biological flocculants for coal from a Paenibacillus polymyxa culture solution and an Aspergillus niger culture solution, and respectively adding the biological flocculants into the coal preparation waste water for carrying out a flocculability test while controlling the test conditions. In combination with an infrared spectrum, chemical component analysis is performed on the biological flocculants for coal, thereby obtaining the result that both the biological flocculants for coal prepared from the Paenibacillus polymyxa culture solution and the Aspergillus niger culture solution have a good treatment effect on the coal preparation waste water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microbial science applications, and in particular relates to a biological flocculation treatment method for coal preparation wastewater. Background technique [0002] For a long time, the purification of slime water has been difficult to solve. The main reason is that with the improvement of coal preparation mechanization, the proportion of fine coal is increasing. Coal slime water concentrates the finest and most difficult-to-handle fine particles in raw coal. Because these particles have fine particle size, high ash content, high viscosity, and are difficult to settle, they are extremely difficult to treat with conventional sedimentation, recovery, and dehydration equipment. The current slime water treatment system can effectively realize the closed-circuit circulation of the slime water only by using flocculants for treatment. Since the slime water process is affected by many factors, the slime water treatment ...
