The temperature-sensing pressure-sensing anti-explosion device comprises a fusible plug (2) containing a fusible alloy, an explosion disc (3), a control valve (4), a pressure releasing pipeline (5) and a buffering container (6), wherein the explosion disc (3) and the fusible plug (2) are arranged on the wall of a reactor (1), and are respectively connected with the pressure releasing pipeline (5) by pipelines in a parallel mode; and the other end of the pressure releasing pipeline (5) is connected with the buffering container (6).
