Abstract

The invention provides a display panel including a substrate, an opposite substrate and a display medium layer. The substrate includes a plurality of pixel arrays, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scanning lines, an insulation layer covering the data lines, the scanning lines and the pixel array, a conductive shading layer overlapped with the data lines in the vertical projection direction and arranged on the insulation layer and a first transparent electrode arranged on the insulation layer. The first transparent electrode includes a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is contacted with the conductive shading layer directly and is connected electrically. The opposite substrate includes a shading pattern layer having a first shading part and a color filtering layer arranged on the shading pattern layer. The first shading part is overlapped with the data lines in the vertical projection direction. The width of the first shading part is W1 while the width of the conductive shading layer is W2. Each data line is W3 wide. W1>=W2>=W3.
