Problems solved by technology

This method requires prior information on the distribution of the inhomogeneous magnetic field, and the radio frequency pulses used are much more complex than those used in single-pulse experiments.

Embodiment Construction

[0050] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment, the present invention will be further described:

[0051] In this embodiment, a Varian 500 MHz magnetic resonance instrument equipped with a three-dimensional gradient field is used, and the sample is a 1:1 mixed solution of ethyl tribromopropionate and butanone. The pulse sequence used is as Figure 1~3 shown.

[0052] The inhomogeneity of the magnetic field is achieved by adjusting the Z1 shim coil in the Z direction. Under such an inhomogeneous magnetic field, the traditional monopulse sequence is as follows: Figure 8 The low-resolution spectrum of the spectral line broadens and aliases, and the lines and centers of the spectral lines cannot be identified from the spectrogram. Using the LBI-1 sequence in the present invention, such as figure 1 As shown, the applied disturbance gradient strength is 0.0586 Gauss / cm, throughout the entire free evolution time (t 1 ). The sampling digital resolution of ...

Abstract

A method for obtaining high-resolution NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectra in an inhomogeneous magnetic field relates to a NMR spectrum. The method includes the steps: applying a radio frequency pulse to rotate a magnetization vector from an axis X to a plane XY; evolving while applying coherent gradient in a certain direction; applying a reunion pulse after the evolving is over to acquiring magnetic resonance signals; determining applying manner, intensity and direction of the coherent gradient, the method of which is that a half width LW is used to measure the degree of magnetic field inhomogeneity, Nu is taken as the gyromagnetic ratio of a magnetic core, effective test length of a sample is L, and the applying intensity on the gradient is set to be LW / (NuL); increasing and decreasing the intensity of the gradient to obtain corrected magnetic resonance signals; conducting fourier transforming to obtain coherence spectra of the NMR gradient and the inhomogeneous magnetic field; identifying coherent spectrum via the use of pattern recognition algorithms and recording spectral peak distribution map information; correcting the coherent spectrum; cumulatively projecting the corrected spectrum; finally obtaining one-dimensional high-resolution NMR spectra.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, in particular to a method for obtaining a high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum under an inhomogeneous magnetic field. Background technique [0002] As a powerful non-invasive detection method, high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance has been widely used in the fields of chemistry, bio-metabolic analysis, medicine and materials science. Since the discovery of the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon, various magnetic resonances have been successively developed and applied to practical research in different scientific research fields. Among these techniques, the measurement of high-resolution one-dimensional magnetic resonance spectroscopy is of irreplaceable importance and necessity. However, the acquisition of high-resolution one-dimensional NMR spectra is limited by the uniformity of the magnetic field. In many cases, it is difficult or even impossible to obtain a suff...
