Embodiment Construction

[0033] Such as figure 1 As shown, a high-voltage multi-stage multi-state switching device with shielding characteristics includes a mobile control mechanism 1 , a high-voltage box seat 2 , a low-voltage connector 3 , and a high-voltage connector 4 . The movement control mechanism 1 is used to control the movement of the low-voltage connector 3 and the high-voltage connector 4 to realize the driving of the low-voltage connector 3 and the high-voltage connector 4 . The high-voltage box seat 2 is used to detect the connection and switching of the lead wires and keep the high-voltage detection circuit in a shielded environment. The low-voltage connector 3 is used for suspending or connecting with a low-voltage power supply, a low-voltage detection circuit, and a grounding terminal. The high-voltage connector 4 is used for fully shielded connection with the high-voltage power supply and the corresponding detection circuit. The bushing lead wire connecting seat is connected with t...

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-voltage multi-pole and multi-state switching device with the shielding property. No applicable high-voltage multi-pole and multi-state switching product exists on the market at present. The high-voltage multi-pole and multi-state switching device comprises a movement control mechanism, a high-voltage box base, a low-voltage connecting piece and a high-voltage connecting piece, wherein the low-voltage connecting piece is fixedly connected with the high-voltage connecting piece through a connecting rod. A plurality of low-voltage wiring terminals and a plurality of high-voltage wiring terminals are arranged on the walls of a wiring cavity in the high-voltage box base. A plurality of sleeve lead connecting bases are arranged on the high-voltage box base. Low-voltage conductive terminals of the low-voltage connecting piece correspond to the low-voltage wiring terminals of the high-voltage box base in a one-to-one mode. High-voltage conductive terminals of the high-voltage connecting piece correspond to the high-voltage wiring terminals of the high-voltage box base in a one-to-one mode. The low-voltage connecting piece is fixedly connected with the high-voltage connecting piece through the connecting rod. A motor drives the high-voltage connecting piece and the low-voltage connecting piece to synchronously move through a lead screw. By means of the high-voltage multi-pole and multi-state switching device, multi-pole and multi-state switching required by the automation measuring process is achieved; in addition, whole-process shielding of a high-voltage detection loop is achieved, high-voltage leakage of the detection loop is avoided, and the detection accuracy is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of power equipment measurement, and in particular relates to a high-voltage multi-stage multi-state switching device with shielding characteristics. [0002] technical background [0003] At present, in the detection of power transformers, some detection items need to apply high voltage, and other detection items need to apply low voltage; Need to be grounded or floating, and switch back and forth between each other. In order to realize the continuous automatic detection of multiple items connected to the test lead at one time, the switching function of four states, such as high voltage, low voltage, grounding, and suspension, is required. [0004] The high-voltage detection project of power transformers is mainly aimed at its insulation performance. The insulation performance of high-voltage detection circuits (mainly detection circuits and high-voltage leads) and surrounding objects or the earth will have ...
