The formula is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of pine needles and 70-90 parts of dark green tea. The preparation method comprises three process steps: selecting the pine needles; drying and processing; and mixing, pressing and forming. The invention provides the pine needle dark green tea and the preparation method thereof. By adding pine needles into dark green tea, the problem that the conventional dark green tea is single in function is solved, so that the dark green tea further has the health-care functions of building body and prolonging life.
