The method comprises the following steps: applying base fertilizer before and after fruit picking to apple trees, wherein the base fertilizer is formed by mixing organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer according to the mass ratio of 10:(1-2); performing artificial supplementary pollination or insect supplementary pollination during the flower reason of apples, spraying 0.3wt%-0.5wt% of borax during the flower reason, and spraying the mixture formed by 0.3wt%-0.5wt% of borax, 0.2wt%-0.3wt% of dipotassium phosphate and 0.3wt%-0.5wt% of urea after flowering; performing girdling, pinching, shoot twisting and branch bending on tree bodies from mid-May to mid-June.
