The fluorescent agent device is applicable to the light source system emitting first band light and comprises a first section and n single-powder fluorescent agents. The first section comprises n sub-sections, wherein n is greater than or equal to 2; and the n single-powder fluorescent agents are coated on the n sub-sections so that first band light is converted into n band light. The n sub-sections have specific area proportion. First band light is converted into second band light, third band light,...(n+1)th band light in a cycle way according to the specific area proportion and specific time proportion. n band light emitted in a time-sharing way according to the specific time proportion is integrated into specific color light.
