On condition that no outer blowing air exists, the plasma which is jet in high speed is generated under the function of the air pressure which increases instantly. The spark discharge self-excitation jet plasma generating device has high jet speed and high activity of the plasma and can be used for common-pressure and high-pressure environments because of adoption of the spark discharge manner, relatively high applied pulse voltage and relatively high obtained initial energy of the plasma.
