Abstract

Disclosed are a medical system for directly repairing and forming an in vivo tissue and a repair method thereof, wherein the medical system comprises a support platform, an imaging unit, an execution unit, a forming unit and a control unit. According to the information acquired by the imaging unit in real time, the control unit is manipulated to drive the execution unit comprising three mechanical arms with six degrees of freedom and an execution instrument at an end portion thereof to operate, thus excising a diseased tissue and repairing and forming a new tissue. The present invention is based on the minimally invasive surgery and tissue forming principle, wherein first, a diseased tissue to be excised is excised and sucked out from the body; then, a macromolecular solution containing cells is sprayed at a set position to form a cell layer; and finally, a macromolecular solution is sprayed outside the cell layer to form a protective film. The tissue repair and forming is performed following the set steps. The present invention causes less trauma for a patient, and can achieve the accurate positioning of multiple materials and multiple cells at a position in the body, thus rapidly repairing a diseased tissue in vivo and restoring the tissue function thereof.
