The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: extracting blackberry lily and platycodon grandiflorum for three times through a heating reflux process by using 70% ethanol, concentrating the extracted solution into an extract, drying the extract at the temperature of 80 DEG C, then respectively crushing the extract of the blackberry lily and the platycodon grandiflorum and auxiliary materials such as xylitol, sieving through a 100-mesh sieve, preparing granules by use of a 16-mesh sieve in the presence of 0% ethanol serving as a wetting agent, drying and granulating at the temperature of 60 DEG C; then mixing the particles with menthol, adding 0.5% magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing, tableting, and hermetically packaging by use of aluminium-plastic blister package to obtain a finished product.
