Selenium-rich marine microalgae is cultivated by adopting a solid-state culture medium mainly with subsidiary agricultural products bran and bean pulp, and the selenium-rich microalgae powder is crushed into fineness of 200 meshes; selenium-rich microalgae powder is added in the livestock feed according to the amount of 0.1wt%-0.6wt% to feed the livestock. According to the invention, microalgae is cultivated on a large scale by adopting a three-dimensional way and solid culture medium, so that space can be saved, and collecting efficiency of the microalgae is improved; by adding the selenium-rich microalgae powder, livestock weight gain is improved by 6%-8%, feed conversion rate is improved by 10% and usage amount of antibiotics is reduced by 20%.
