Abstract

The invention discloses a call information pushing method and system. According to the call information pushing method, a call access unit transmits received first call information to a call center platform, the call center platform transmits the first call information to a called terminal associated with the first call information and a value added service platform, and the value added service platform calls value added services associated with the first call information and pushes service information associated with the value added service to a client associated with the called terminal. By means of the call center platform and the value added service platform, intercommunication between a PSTN (public switched telephone network) and an IP (Internet protocol) network can be achieved, and further network convergence can be achieved. The call information pushing method can release the network investment pressure of operators, meanwhile, make effective use of existing network resources and maximize inheritance in an NGN (next-generation network).
