The data message management method includes the followings steps that: a broadband network gateway (BNG) device performs user identity authentication through an authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) server, and stores authorization information and identification information of an authenticated user after the user identity authentication succeeds; the broadband network gateway (BNG) device receives an accounting initiation request which is transmitted by a wireless local area network (WLAN) device; the broadband network gateway (BNG) device matches identification information carried in the accounting initiation request with the identification information of the authenticated user, and determines authorization information according to the identification information of the authenticated user after the matching succeeds; and the broadband network gateway (BNG) device identifies data massages of the user according to the identification information of the user, and manages the data massages according to the authorization information of the user.
