Abstract

The invention discloses lightweight concrete. The lightweight concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 50 parts of water, 60-70 parts of PC (polycarbonate), 10-15 parts of quick lime, 5-7 parts of carbon powder, 1-4 parts of calcium carbonate and 0.05-0.2 part of zinc sulfate. By breaking a conventional concrete formula, replacing a part of cement with the PC, activating through calcium carbonate and zinc sulfate and reinforcing through the quick lime, the obtained lightweight concrete has the engineering value of concrete and is lighter than conventional concrete by more than 10 times, so that great burden is reduced for engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a concrete. Background technique [0002] Concrete, referred to as "concrete (tóng)": refers to the collective name of engineering composite materials that use cementitious materials to cement aggregates into a whole. Generally speaking, the term concrete refers to cement as cementing material, sand and stone as aggregate; mixed with water (with or without admixtures and admixtures) in a certain proportion, and obtained by stirring, molding and curing. Cement concrete, also known as ordinary concrete, is widely used in civil engineering. However, the existing concrete imposes a strong burden on construction due to its heavy weight. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the existing defects and provide a lightweight concrete with a lighter texture. [0004] The purpose of the present invention is specifically achieved through the following technical sol...
