Problems solved by technology

[0003] Due to the small particle size, strong activity, easy coalescence, and easy oxidation of nano-iron, it is often used on the spot and must be isolated from oxygen during preparation and use. It is inconvenient to use and high in cost. Therefore, it is limited in practical applications. At present, the commonly used preparation methods are physical method and chemical method
Some methods are theoretically feasible, but the actual operating conditions are very demanding and not easy to implement

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of iron nanoparticles, in particular to a preparation method of ClO3- ionic liquid dispersed iron nanoparticles. According to the method, by adding certain dispersant, soluble ferrous or ferric iron salt is dissolved in distilled water (or mixture of distilled water and ethyl alcohol) to form iron salt solution by means of liquid-phase chemical reduction; reducing agent with strong reducibility, such as hydroboron, is directly used to reduce iron ions into zero-valent iron; a product is filtered and washed and vacuum-dried so as to obtain well-dispersible iron nano-powder material with the nano-micro structure. The iron nanoparticles prepared are spherical with small diameter and narrow particle size range and have certain oxidation resistance. The iron nanoparticles prepared by the method are well dispersible, and the problem that iron nanoparticles agglomerate easily is solved effectively. The products are high in purity and small and even in particle size, the process is simple and easy to control, the preparation method is performed under normal temperature and normal pressure, and actual production needs are met.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of preparation method of nano-iron particles, in particular to a kind of ClO 3 - A method for preparing nano-iron particles dispersed in an ionic liquid. Background technique [0002] Generally, powders or materials with a particle size in the range of 1 to 100 nanometers (nm) are called nanomaterials. Nanomaterials are widely used in various fields because of their unique properties. Because of its transition region between macroscopic conventional fine powder and microscopic atomic clusters, nano-iron exhibits some unique properties, one of which is the surface effect. Due to its small particle size, large specific surface area, and strong surface activity, nano-iron has more unique advantages than ordinary iron powder in the remediation of pollutants. Many foreign studies have shown that nano-iron can reduce and remove many pollutants in water, such as dissolved organic chlorides, PCBs and nitrobenzene...
