Abstract

The water-based environment-friendly gold ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 14.0%-15.5% of ethyl acetate, 28.0%-29.0% of copper powder, 43.0%-45.5% of gold regulating oil, 2.5%-2.9% of water, 2.7%-2.9% of antioxidants, 2.7%-2.9% stabilizing agents and 3.0%-4.0% of poising agents. The preparation method comprises the following steps: slowly adding the copper powder to the ethyl acetate in a stirring state, and stirring to uniform paste; then sequentially adding the gold regulating oil, the water, the antioxidants, the stabilizing agents and the poising agents in the stirring state, keeping viscosity between 25 s and 26 s, and controlling a pH value between 8.0 and 8.5.
